Ms. Monique Williams joined McCann Realty Partners in August 2011 in the role of Senior Accountant. She is responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial information, as well as financial reporting to government agencies, our clients, and partners.
Monique has worked in real estate accounting for 10 years, including more than seven years’ experience in the multi-family sector. Prior to joining the McCann team, Monique worked as part of the corporate accounting teams of single family developer Centex Homes and property management and investment company Drucker & Falk, where her duties included financial reporting and investment and management of excess client funds. Monique was also part of the corporate accounting staff of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., the largest plumbing retailer in North America, and Willis, N.A., global risk advisor, insurance, and reinsurance broker.
Monique has a BBA degree in finance from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and an Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.
